RETURN & REFUND POLICY
When Do We Accept Returns or Refunds?
We do not accept any return or refund once the product has been delivered unless there is a valid issue such as:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or stained.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
Any such complaint must be reported to us 2 Days of receiving the order. Please email us at pitonenterprise3240@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After review, if eligible, we will ask you to ship the product back to us. Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will proceed with an exchange or partial refund as per your request.
Refund Terms
- If you request a refund instead of an exchange, it will be processed after the returned product is received and approved by our team.
- Refunds are issued within 10 working days after the return is verified.
- Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- If an order is cancelled by Piton Enterprise, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days using the same payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting us as soon as possible through: pitonenterprise3240@gmail.com
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled as it has left our warehouse and is in transit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
When Can You Request an Exchange?
An exchange is available only in case of:
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item received

After verification, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Some products may include delicate embellishments such as beads, threads, or sequins. Despite careful handling, minor loosening during transit is possible and not considered a defect.

- We deliver to all major cities and towns across India, and to most countries worldwide.
- All orders are packed securely to ensure safe delivery, using trusted courier partners.
- Please provide a complete address, PIN code, and contact number at checkout for smooth delivery.
- Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or non-delivery. No refund or compensation will be issued in such cases.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping within India.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.
CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
- For international deliveries, customs duties or import taxes may apply as per your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in our prices.
- The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.
